Hey Friends! Today we celebrate our accomplishments of 30 days of consistency! We did that sh*t!!! Bravi to us!! Are we ready? Are we prepared? Do we feel as though we now have more strength then we did when we started? We are going to have to give this next Champion Challenge Phase 2 everything we’ve got! Do we have the mentality now to get ourselves into Champion Mode?
Last month we gave 100% and we worked on consistency & being the best version of ourselves. This month we have to push and give 110% we are still working on consistency and being the best versions of ourselves. While adding the elements of self love, staying in the moment and pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones.
They say ” Everyone wants to be a Champion but are we prepared to work hard enough to be the Champion we know we can be? ” We have to be realistic and recognize there is work that needs to be done and we need to be willing to put in that work to make our dreams and goals happen. We are the only ones that can make this happen.
When weakness starts to whisper sweet nothings in our ears we need to recognize that that converstation we are having with weakness will not bring us any closer to our goals, dreams and purpose. Our weaknesses do not push us, build us, or lift us. They only keep holding us back. We have to tune out the voice of our weakness.
Today was a restful and good day. We slept in this morning, gave our Thanks, ate some sushi for lunch, rested some more before we started our day. We gave each other a kiss and both went to work. I started with cleaning then did my work out, stretching, meditation, phone calls, and work related tasks. Today my intentions were as follows;

- 1 minute plank ( Done )
- 120 crunches ( Done )
- arm exercises ( Done )
- leg exercises ( Done )
- Wash clothes ( Done )
- Clean Up ( Done )
- Journal ( Done )
- write email ( Done )
- Answer emails ( done )
- Self care ( Done )
- eat well ( Done )
- Work on blog related tasks ( Done )
Tomorrow we are going to start our day by giving thanks, continue to work out at whatever level you are, We are going to take care of our bodies this month by staying hydrated, making better food choices, treating our bodies with nothing but love and appreciation and we are going to practice some steps to help us to stay in the moment.
