Champion Challenge Day # 55 ” It Is What It Is….Or is It?

Hey Friends! Peace be upon you, around you and most importantly within you! Today my husband woke up extra early to go slay another dragon and he did it! Per usual we started our day giving Thanks, giving Elvis his first breakfast and some love, buongiorno to everyone and coffee.

This morning I stretched even before the warm up walk, then I did the stationary bike and that was it for today. We have a lot going on today but I discovered I have some of my best talks with God on my warm up walks and some of my best ideas for painting and the blog.

Some days I spend my walks over thinking, I’m not going to pretend I have everything mastered because we are learning together here. If I can manage to bring myself back into the moment by making myself pay attention to nature I can usually pull myself out of it.

For me when I focus on nature I cant help but to feel blessed and in awe of the finite details of the masterpiece God created. I mean honestly look around you. Look at how even the little things are so intricately made with such thought for sight and detail.

If we can begin to see and understand how much thought and detail goes into nature around us we can begin to see and understand that God put thought and detail into making us as well. We are all beautiful the way we are. Even the things we consider to be our flaws are beautiful.

Does this mean we shouldn’t strive to be the best versions of ourselves everyday? Absolutely not! But it does mean is that God is the best artist and he made all of us differently and beautifully. We are all intricately connected just as all the trees and fungi on this earth is intricately connected.

It sounds like a bunch of hippidy dippidy talk as the old timers like to say but it is backed by scientific facts that we can no longer deny. Somehow we all got brainwashed into believing that we are all separate individuals and what we do doesn’t effect each other. We got sucked into the mentality of hustle and grind, its me against the world …F*ck every one else mindset.

The truth is when you do better, I do better, when I do better, you do better and so on and so forth. The old mentality is DONE and over with! A lot of us are starting to see through the B.S and even though the truth can be devastating, horrifying, sad and downright inhumane we still need to dig deep down and be our best version of ourselves and shine our lights into the world.

This is our actual jobs if you think about it. We no longer have to be in the mindset of ” It Is what It Is. ” We now know it is whatever we make it to be. If enough of us do this and shine our lights together we can bring some light into this dark world. Let’s be honest as beautiful as our world is there is some very dark things happening.

We need to be our best selves and help others to be brave enough to be the best versions of themselves and shine their lights too & so on. Until our lights are so bright together no one has to ask if there is light at the end of the tunnel, they can see it.
