Champion Challenge Day # 57- 58 & 59

Hey Friends! Peace be upon you, around you and especially within you! The past few days have flown by so fast. As usually everything started the same giving Thanks, coffee, giving Elvis some love and breakfast and saying buongiorno as everyone wakes up.

Elvis and I drank coffee outside watching the sun shine on the dewy grass to make everything sparkle. The birds were all doing different things some were taking their morning baths, some were eating, and some were fighting for no reason.

Elvis watched them with absolute discust on his face as he sat next to me. He allowed them to do their thing in the grass of the yard for 20 minutes or so, before his disgust for the birds frolicking about was too much for him to bare and he let out his warning MEOW .

They all know who is the boss and took turns flying away. He was very proud of himself and it was all just so much for him that he was exausted . He just flopped down and was snoring imediately.

After watching the sunrise with Elvis I went on my morning warm up walk 45 minutes, then the stationary bike 45 minutes, then stretched, meditation, work out and shower. While I was on my walk there was so many signs that Autumn is officially coming upon us.

The leaves are turning, the brisk mornings with a slight fog, mushrooms popping up out of no where, less mosquitoes ( Thank you Jesus! ) Spiders the size of two of my husbands thumbs that jump at you are becoming the new daily normal much to my complete and sheer terror.

In less than a week I have had two close encounters of horror with these huge spiders of death and can I just tell you that they are stuff nightmares are made of. I really can’t with spiders especially big fat giant juicy ones with huge long legs.

On my my walk I was thinking about self love and how it involves letting things go that are on lower vibrations and harmful to us. For some this may mean letting go of someone you know is toxic for you, for some this might mean letting go of bad habits and for some this might mean letting go of addictions.

” The only way to have more is to stop holding on to less.” The only way we can be better is by letting go of the habits, old thought patterns and addictions that are preventing us from doing better.

Just for a second close your eyes and imagine what you would feel like, look like, and be like in your life without smoking tabacco, or drinking too much, or being on social media too much the list goes on.

If we are still doing these things i really means that we don’t really like ourselves too much if we are ok with slowly killing ourselves and doing things that harms ourselves. This is the opposite of were we want to be.

This is one of those sayings that sounds real cliche’ and easy. However if you really break it down it is going to be a test of how bad we want something.

This “test” is a example of a ” Level up in life.” This test is also a big part of self love. My “test” is going to be to stop smoking. We all know that there are a billion reasons not to smoke and I think I have been slowly killing myself for long enough.

Soooooo…. my game plan is to not replace tabacco with a patch or gum or anything as a crutch. My goal is to rip the band aid off fast and just stop with the help of some hypnosis videos and some extra work outs maybe to get rid of the anxiety that comes with stopping tabacco.

Pour myself into work and do my best to pass the test of the first three days. Will it be hard YES! Will I want to cry and eat everything in the house? YES! But after I overcome that emotional roller coaster there is light at the end of the tunnel.

My point is by setting up a game plan to have us stop holding on to less and start being aware of what we put in our bodies by quitting our bad habits we are going to ” LEVEL UP! ” Our health is going to get better each day, our skin, our hair, our bodies will heal more and more each day and it us giving some love back to ourselves.

I feel like we are ready to level up and push ourselves harder. What do you guys say? All those in favor say Yay all those apposed say Nay. Let me know what habits you are going to Level up on.

Thank You for joining in our Champion Challenge! Please feel free to like comment and subscribe and until next time may peace be upon you around you and especially within you! Much Love!
