Hey Friends! May Peace be upon you, around you and especially within you! This morning woke up at 5:30 hit snooze once then got my self up out of the bed by 5:40. Started with giving Thanks, some ginger, honey, lemon tea and a yogurt.
Yes! I am still on the eating breakfast and putting healthy stuff in my body before the much beloved coffee. Elvis was waiting rather impatiently for his first breakfast so I fed him gave him some love and got started on my Champion stuff.
In theory by waking up earlier I will have more time to get everything done that I need to get done during the day. I started with some stretches, then did some Pilates Pamela Reif’s Pilates workout has been kicking my a**, jumped into my arm and abs work out for today.
Did my meditation, cleaned up and did 2 hours of Italian class all before lunch. After Lunch I did our 20 minute Sketch Challenge, answered emails and made my phone calls. Started on my work and blog related tasks and still have 4 hours of class to update my skills for writing.

Today’s food for thought is letting certain people go that are in our lives who simply no longer deserve to be there. They are not less then us but they are definitely not on our level.
They have a hell of a lot more growing, learning, and life lessons to learn before they could even reach our level or to try to drag us down to their level.
They act one way around us but then go act a completely different way when they are around others and so on… Everyone knows betrayal can be served in many different kinds of ways.
Sometimes we have people in our lives that claim to love us but their actions say otherwise. They do not put in the same efforts, they don’t match our vibes, and when we are not around them they simply cannot be trusted.
These people come in many forms, friends, family, grown children included, or people we are in romantic relationships with. There is no loyalty, there is no genuine connection, they lie, cheat and steal your joy away.
They do toxic things behind our backs and when confronted they claim they didn’t do anything wrong. That should be a huge sign right there that we are indeed NOT the SAME!
They say one thing with their mouth and do another thing especially if they think we wont find out. So sad right? It hurts us right in our big hearts.
Now I know this might sound cold hearted but for our own peace we need to just let them go. Let God worry about and deal with them.
Yes.. this is another one of those things that is easier said then done. If you really think about it these people are just taking up space, time, energy and love that we could be giving to someone who actually does value us.
Settling for people who betray us and justify it in however way that is convenient for them is one of the saddest things we can do to ourselves.
It isn’t even about us it has everything to do with who they are as a person and where they are in their journey of life right now.
We can allow ourselves to feel our emotions for a bit but then we make a choice to get back up and move forward. The pain will be around for awhile but we don’t have to let it debilitate us. We lean on God and know he has our backs as always.
There’s no need for a dramatic confrontation where we are crying and they are denying. We know what we know and if we have spoken about it and they believe they did nothing wrong then OOOOOK! 1 + 1 = 5 today I guess have fun with that!
Behind every adversity is a blessing and a gift as we now know. Sometimes we have to get rid of these types of people in order for God to bring in the people we are really meant to have in our lives.

Betrayal is everywhere these days ain’t no one loyal. Quite possibly they don’t know what loyalty even means 🤣😂. I agree with AKA as well. We continue to be the loyal one’s and let them go whoever is not on the same page as us. Fuck em
