Champion Challenge “Watch Us!”

Hey Friends! I hope this post finds you with Peace upon you, around you and especially within you! Not a bad view to wake up to right!

This morning my husband was the first one awake so by the time I was awake Elvis had already been given his breakfast. He was out and about already scanning his territory for any and all potential dangers,

I said buongiorno to everyone, started my coffee and before long Elvis came to the back door for his morning love.

Desperate to try to convince me through his powers of telepathy that I should give him yet another breakfast if I truly loved him.

I partially gave in by giving him a few treats and some more love. Elvis was satisfied with my offering and came inside to get warm and take a nap.

My husband and I gave each other a kiss as we both went our separate ways to do our champion stuff. It was raining so no morning warm up walk so I jumped right into stretching, stationary bike for 55 minutes, my work out, meditation.

Jumped in the shower, got ready for the day, did a fast clean up and begin my Italian class. Two hours of class later and it was lunch time. I forgot to take a photo today guys I apologize but I was starving and it didn’t even enter my mind.

After we finished lunch I rested for 1 hour. I did a stretch to wake myself up and then I began on my daily work and blog tasks.

Purgatory Drama

I took a break to read some of my book Purgatory and let me tell you some of what I have learned so far. Purgatory was made when Satan was cast down.

Here is the part that began to amaze me and had my brain in over drive, listen to this. He hit with such force that he made the dirt pile up and he formed Purgatory. Now listen to this part.

It rises up so high into the sky that it is above rain, snow and wind. The top floor of the Purgatory is for the lazy and the distracted and as you go down the floor levels get more dark with lust,greed,and so on.

Is it just me or did you just try to imagine how freaking hard he would have had to made impact with the ground to have made such a high tower ? So high up in the sky that it is above actual wind, and he survived it.

The only bit of good news so far is that if anyone pray’s for someone in the Purgatory it lessens their sentence for their time there. So hope remains and all is not lost.

There has been a lot of talk about the different nose shapes of different Princes and how it was a direct reflection of their character and manliness. Highly recommend this book it pulls you in I promise.

After reading I finished working and helped around with some cleaning and laundry tasks. Tonight I will schedule my day for tomorrow, do some duo lingo and spend some time with my husband.

Affirmations for today:

” I Honor my Life”…” I’a, Breathing slowly and Deeply filling myself with Calmness”…” My Peace is my Power”

Today’s food for thought is ” Watch Us!” As we discussed last week we now know and understand that some people in our lives will not support us, maybe they will even turn their backs on us.

We also now know that even though it is devastating and heart breaking at times, we are now being open to what is meant for us and letting go of what is not.

Letting go of what is not meant for us also means letting go of the belief that other peoples opinions of us or opinions of some dream we have hold any merit at all to who we are in reality.

When we do this we are believing in and relying more on their dreams and versions of us then believing in our own dreams and versions of us. It’s time to take our power back!

They doubt us..Ok, it is what it is. That’s on them! We do not need to give power to their doubt and internalize it. Taking it for our own and believing it for ourselves.

We are now at the point where we can use this doubt of theirs for momentum! We are ready to look them in the eye’s and say ” Watch Me! “

We have been healing and we know that their opinions say more about themselves then it does about us and we are more then happy to let them watch as we do whatever they thought we could not do.

We never ” Just do it ” like any regular Nike, oh no no. We did it with class and a touch of the dramatics like a pair of Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1’s.

They are at the low low price of only $11,062.20 at Sotheby’s. They are perfect if you need a pair of everyday shoes for everyday things like taking out the trash, mowing the lawn or painting the house. ( Yes, everything but the price is a joke.)

The point is that we have been working on loving ourselves and now we have to love ourselves enough to not let the opinions that come through in the voices of strangers, friends, family, or loved ones dictate our futures anymore.

We are now at the point that even though what was said may sting or heart us in our hearts some, we still rise up and handle our business by being better versions of ourselves today then we were yesterday.

Let them talk and the whole time they are talking we are over here minding our own damn business, in peace, working on our dreams and bettering ourselves. Getting stronger, more at peace, healing and growing Baby!
