We hit snooze twice this morning and I guess it wasn’t the end of the world, we were still able to spend some time together before he went to work so everything worked out. After we peeled ourselves out of bed we went to make coffee for me and tea for my husband.
Coffee and tea in hand we made our way outside to say Buongiorno to Elvis, give him some fresh water and some much needed fur brushing. We say our Thanks for today and get ready for our day. My husband gets ready for work ( yes even on Saturdays ) and I get ready to start my work out and then my day.
We kiss each other good bye for the day and equipped with my trusty back pack I head out to do the work out that I really don’t want to do today. I mean… it’s been 8 days of consistency already and I still don’t see any results. Where is the six pack I’m supposed to have? Lol I can feel my muscles getting stronger but I sadly don’t see the changes as of yet.
After I do my 45 minute to an hour morning walk warm up I come back and get on the stationary bike for an hour. I have my head phones on listening to motivational videos. Sweating and constantly talking myself out of quitting.

I finish with the bike and even though I am mentally motivated my body is protesting against doing my crunches and the rest of my work out. Realizing that I won’t ever see any results if I don’t keep going I drop down and begin. 100 crunches, 75 squats, 1 minute plank, 75 lunges, 75 calf raises,75 arm circles, and a 10 minute stretch.
Sitting with myself for a few minutes before I begin my meditation I notice that my body is tired and sore but I actually feel good. It is a good kind of tired. Dropping into meditation I set my intentions for the day.

- Work out ( Done )
- Read for an hour ( Read for 30 minutes )
- Continue preparing The Telenovela for Sunday ( Done )
- Make calls ( Done )
- Prepare to post a Featured Artist of the week article ( )
- Paint, finishing the back ground and the light on the hands, begin the last step on the sleeves. ( Done )
- Answer emails ( Done )
- Spend 15 minutes on Instagram answers texts and supporting friends on their pages. ( Done )
- Water the plants outside ( Will do it tonight )
- Help with dinner dishes ( will do it tonight )
- 2 hours of Italian class ( Done )
After all that is said and done I did try to read for an hour, I really did but I only made it to 30 minutes. My mind was thinking about every thing else and not the book. So far it hasn’t grabbed my attention like I had hoped. I will try again tomorrow hopefully in chapter 2 something will jump out at me. We had lunch and I know I said I would take a photo for you guys, but unfortunately I completely forgot. ( Sorry )
After lunch while everyone was taking a little nap I had Italian class. Today it went faster then usual, I think it is a good sign. After class I started working on tomorrows Telenovela and am about halfway finished.
Tomorrow is Sunday and we will be taking a break from our challenge on Sundays. We will start again Monday and hopefully we will all be feeling rested and ready to go.
